Guitar & Songwriting Portfolio
Hi, I'm Matt, a Brighton based guitarist and songwriter who specialises in genres such as blues, jazz, rock and folk.
Throughout my studies at BIMM university i have been honing my practices as a guitarist and songwriter. This has allowed me to partake in numerous bands and accompany singers acoustically, both performing and writing music to a high standard.
Whether im listening to, creating or performing music, it always feels like its the best thing i could be doing at that moment and i've felt this way about the art form from a very young age. To me, having a voice is so important and through the means of music i feel i have found my own voice with my creative practices and listening habits.
